Alpha notice. Floom is currently in alpha. These terms are a placeholder and will be replaced with a full legal document before general availability. By using Floom during the alpha period you acknowledge the service may change or be interrupted without notice.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Floom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service during the alpha period.

2. Alpha Service

Floom is provided “as is” during the alpha phase. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service or any part of it with reasonable notice where possible. Rate limits and storage quotas may be enforced to ensure fair use for all alpha participants.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of code, functions, and data you publish via Floom. By publishing content you grant Floom a limited licence to host, run, and serve that content on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.
